Early in the pandemic, the year 2020, alone in my home studio with my harmonium, I sang these old sacred songs on rotation to save myself. In this way I breathed fresh energy into my spirit & kept myself afloat. During those strange introspective months I followed a burning desire to share this song medicine & invested in recording 10 songs from a group I had earlier labeled, My Legacy Songs.

These songs carry a potent charge linking us directly to 'source', beneficent universal energies & ideas, greater than ourselves, which realign us to foundational truths ultimately refueling & refreshing our overwhelmed souls.

It is with limitless respect & gratitude for those who have contributed to the birth & life of these songs over many years, that I celebrate their release into the world! YAY!

Especially for my children, Ruby & Brenner, but also for All of You:
May these songs remind you that you are always connected to wholesome spirit-affirming energies. You may rely upon these forces even when all other sources of support seem to have collapsed. May these songs soothe your soul as they have mine. You Are So Loved.

It’s been a joy & an honor working with producer & percussionist Colin Agnew over the course of 9 months in 2021. Colin skillfully translated my song ideas into fully realized song creations. He stacked my harmonies, laid down brilliant percussion & called in talented musicians to support new arrangements. He supported my vision and I am so grateful.
